If Sebastian Villa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dynamo Strandnäs's Karl-Magnus Brummer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 78th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaroslaw Majkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Karl-Magnus Brummer, 1-1. Honduras were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Dynamo Strandnäs to leave the ground with a draw.
