Fc Śrem Team's Christian Zangari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 6th minute of play forced Fc Śrem Team's goalkeeper Christian Zangari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zachariasz Maziarz in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 32nd minute, Przemyslaw Mios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the match, Fc Śrem Team's Zachariasz Maziarz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Przemyslaw Mios was slow to take the kick. During this time Fc Śrem Team's players had a chance to rest. Christian Zangari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 41st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Zachariasz Maziarz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Zachariasz Maziarz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Christian Zangari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zachariasz Maziarz to strike the kick off in the second half. Fc Śrem Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fc Śrem Team. 58 minutes into the match, Fc Śrem Team's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Christian Zangari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. From a short distance, Ecuador's Luis Andino, in the 58th minute, tried to place the ball behind Christian Zangari, but the ball hit the right post on the wrong side and went out. Zachariasz Maziarz might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zachariasz Maziarz ran back to his position shaking his head. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but Fc Śrem Team were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
