The Haiti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noel Seide should have stopped the shot. Noel Seide stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fidel Kimetz's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. In the 77th minute, Herminio Distiratsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 86 played minutes Haiti got a freekick which was hit by Rodney Emmanuel. Fidel Kimetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Seide having to interfere.
