Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stasio Andrzejewski in the 11th minute of play. Stasio Andrzejewski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lautaro Navarro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Jaroslaw Wolniewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dante Nastasio to strike the kick off in the second half.
