An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 5th minute of play forced Zero Hedge's goalkeeper Wiktor Wallander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zero Hedge's Wiktor Wallander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Wiktor Wallander. Zero Hedge's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Wiktor Wallander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Montenegro went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 20 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Wiktor Wallander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 25 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Åke Jansson. Bertil Åström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Wallander having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Zero Hedge getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Alexander Johansson hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes Zero Hedge got a freekick which was hit by Hans Nordström.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. Kjell Harman hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita shot from long distance in the 54th minute, but Wiktor Wallander was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Åke Jansson's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Åström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Wiktor Wallander. That made the score 0-4 in the 64 minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Jansson in the 66th minute of the match. Hans Nordström was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 78th minute, Hans Nordström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zero Hedge's Gabriel Odeen was substituted for Åke Jansson. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Zero Hedge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Nordström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wiktor Wallander having to interfere. Wiktor Wallander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Zero Hedge getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Leonardo Siggesson hit a great ball. The supporters of Zero Hedge booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Odeen in the 90th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luis Andino was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Wiktor Wallander was a little too slow when Cristian Sancho got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-5.
