Benjamin da Fonseca might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benjamin da Fonseca ran back to his position shaking his head. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Benjamin da Fonseca sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Benjamin da Fonseca put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lautaro Navarro. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Josué Vaz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Benjamin da Fonseca tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lautaro Navarro was a little too slow when Sebastião Quintal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 5-0. 30 minutes into the game, Benjamin da Fonseca recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro. Benjamin da Fonseca showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. Sebastião Quintal came free with the goalkeeper in the 33rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. In the 41st minute, Ionuț Iniesta left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pesqueira City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Benjamin da Fonseca made the kick off in the second half. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião Quintal in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Pesqueira City's Sebastião Quintal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. 58 minutes into the match, Sebastião Quintal notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Esteban Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sebastião Quintal in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin da Fonseca in the 65th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Pesqueira City's Sakarias Fernkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Pesqueira City's Cristiano Bezerra was substituted for Sebastião Quintal. In the 72nd minute, Benjamin da Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. In the 79th minute of the game Valentín Carvallo made a throw-in which Moises Tafalla played forward. In the 81st minute, Benjamin da Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pesqueira City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benjamin da Fonseca's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by Honduras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ionuț Iniesta was slow to take the kick. During this time Pesqueira City's players had a chance to rest. Pesqueira City's José Pedro Borges was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lautaro Navarro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Orland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game was made by Christian Sancho with Moises Tafalla as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. 96 minutes into the match, Benjamin da Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamin da Fonseca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 13-0. Pesqueira City were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Honduras for a fine match.
