Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstantin Tuka in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 13th minute of play forced ÇiçekFc's goalkeeper Zekai Poyraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstantin Tuka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ÇiçekFc's Zekai Poyraz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 16th minute of play. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 17th minute. Amadeo Cordarrel's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeo Cordarrel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 21st minute, Amadeo Cordarrel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Konstantin Tuka reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Julio Vera. The goal made the score 1-0. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Zekai Poyraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zekai Poyraz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felix Montenegro in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by ÇiçekFc's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. After 31 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Felix Montenegro. In the 33rd minute, Konstantin Tuka made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 38 minutes into the match, ÇiçekFc's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Zekai Poyraz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. Julio Vera was out of position in the 46 minute of play, and Konstantin Tuka capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Konstantin Tuka really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Konstantin Tuka was the one to do the kick off. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Zekai Poyraz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ÇiçekFc's Halil Can Oğurata was substituted for Karol Kapera. In the 62nd minute Konstantin Tuka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zekai Poyraz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 70th minute of play forced ÇiçekFc's goalkeeper Zekai Poyraz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Konstantin Tuka had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Konstantin Tuka was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. The corner went over the outstretched arms of ÇiçekFc's goalie and right to Agustín Saelices. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. ÇiçekFc's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zekai Poyraz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but ÇiçekFc were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
