Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Evert Holm got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 5th minute Blue Mountain Goats were awarded a corner. Evert Holm went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Blue Mountain Goats's corner Evert Holm fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lautaro Navarro quite easily take care of the ball. Bo Rosen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 13 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Milagros Cabal. After a rather tough play, Blue Mountain Goats's Vincent Andersson got a free kick in the 16th minute. When Moises Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Tafalla couldn't finish the play. 18 minutes into the match, Sebastian Villa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Blue Mountain Goats's Bo Rosen. Bo Rosen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Börge Karlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. Vincent Blom could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Blue Mountain Goats's Ernst Stål shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 35th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lautaro Navarro but with some difficulty. With his leg Lautaro Navarro managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Blue Mountain Goats's Evert Holm fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 43rd minute, Vincent Blom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vincent Andersson hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bo Rosen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Börge Karlsson in the 47th minute of play.
The supporters of Honduras booed when Blue Mountain Goats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Andersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Holm, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Holm came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Börge Karlsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Börge Karlsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 66 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Evert Holm came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Börge Karlsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. If Evert Holm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute Evert Holm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 77 minutes, Sebastian Villa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Honduras's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Villa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Börge Karlsson in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Börge Karlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Lautaro Navarro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute Vincent Blom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Honduras players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Blue Mountain Goats from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
