Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Qi Fei kicked off to start the match. With an all-out effort, AZ Sidion Gravina's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Karl Bergkvist, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 11th minute, Natal Teruel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Qi Fei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. After 15 minutes of play, AZ Sidion Gravina's Qi Fei made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Qi Fei succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 20th playminute. Lorenz Klaßen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute Patricio Costa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Natalucci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Eustacio Cordarrol in the 38th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. After 43 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Alex Chicote. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Beppe Natalucci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 83rd minute. Beppe Natalucci was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Tomas Illescas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Illescas really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Joshua Secada hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Emiliano Rosa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Bud Spencer hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. AZ Sidion Gravina's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
