Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Abeitia in the 4th minute of play. Benito Sanz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leigh Gibbons showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Chamaicó's Gerardo Abeitia got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 13th minute, Gerardo Abeitia made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Llorian in the 17th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Chamaicó's Benito Sanz threw himself towards the right post 18 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gerardo Abeitia, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ismael Cordarrel in the 19th minute. In the 20th minute, Gerardo Abeitia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chamaicó fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Gerardo Abeitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. A hard shot by Ismael Cordarrel from long distance, 28 minutes into the match, got Benito Sanz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Gerardo Abeitia had several of the Costa Rica's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 5-0 score and a disappointed Benito Sanz as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Leigh Gibbons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ismael Cordarrel came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Chamaicó fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Cordarrel couldn't finish the play. Dalmacio Llorian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Leigh Gibbons kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leigh Gibbons in the 42nd minute of play. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Leonel Cefero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

In the 59th minute, Ismael Cordarrel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abel Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Dalmacio Llorian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But to his dismay, Gerardo Abeitia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. 74 minutes into the match, Ismael Cordarrel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ismael Cordarrel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. In the 78th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Alcocer to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Gerardo Abeitia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gerardo Abeitia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Cordarrel in the 85th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leigh Gibbons scored 11-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Chamaicó's Gerardo Abeitia shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 12-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Chamaicó's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
