Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Todor Barakovski started the match with the kick off. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Tibúrcio Carabajal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the match, The Wolfpack™'s goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Tibúrcio Carabajal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tibúrcio Carabajal. The Wolfpack™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Todor Barakovski went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tibúrcio Carabajal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Todor Barakovski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Alfredo Orlin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Tibúrcio Carabajal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 41 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Todor Barakovski. Tibúrcio Carabajal came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 55th minute The Wolfpack™ were awarded a corner. Gennaro Carabajal went to the cornerflag to take it. Gennaro Carabajal made a great header on The Wolfpack™'s corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Todor Barakovski took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Todor Barakovski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Wolfpack™ made a substitution. Radu Siteavu replaced Alfredo Orlin. In the 73rd minute, André Luiz Iniesta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Gisbert hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when The Wolfpack™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Luiz Iniesta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When The Wolfpack™'s Todor Barakovski in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Mark Schejbal kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Radu Siteavu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonio Arias during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Gennaro Carabajal, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
