Peter Parker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 25th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Parker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luciano Acosta was the one to do the kick off. Milagros Fraga kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. In the 56th minute of the match Stanislaw Sniegowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rolando Noboa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 58th minute, Eliseo Mina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peter Parker saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Peru were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after Project Nemesis's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Luz Tejedor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Peter Parker quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Project Nemesis's Lech Lisewski got a free kick in the 62nd minute. When Luciano Acosta came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Project Nemesis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Acosta couldn't finish the play. Project Nemesis made a substitution. With a little luck, Project Nemesis's Peter Parker got control of the ball when Luz Tejedor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peter Parker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 88th minute of the match. Project Nemesis's Peter Parker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Project Nemesis from getting a goal against them.
