Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Guntademaro Goyenechea kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, General Velásquez's Clemente Tuñon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guntademaro Goyenechea in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Clemente Tuñon in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a General Velásquez's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 13th minute. 20 minutes in the game Johny De Raeijmaecker did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Marciano Gibson. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Clemente Tuñon tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guntademaro Goyenechea. The crowd rose to their feet as Guntademaro Goyenechea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 1-0 in the 24 minute of play. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Guntademaro Goyenechea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Illescas took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henry Tucknott. Henry Tucknott dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guntademaro Goyenechea in the 41st minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when General Velásquez's Guntademaro Goyenechea shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guntademaro Goyenechea got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 49th minute of the match General Velásquez got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Anselmo Johans ran over to the corner to take the kick.

54 minutes into the match, General Velásquez's goalkeeper Henry Tucknott had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. A collision led to General Velásquez getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Guntademaro Goyenechea hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henry Tucknott narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Clemente Tuñon managed to get in a good position for a shot. General Velásquez's supporters rose to their feet, but Clemente Tuñon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. General Velásquez made a substitution. Teofan Bozadzhiyski replaced Marciano Gibson. Clemente Tuñon struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for General Velásquez. General Velásquez's Martin Švácha was substituted for Gustav Tidéksson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Tuñon in the 79th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute Clemente Tuñon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Guntademaro Goyenechea came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Guntademaro Goyenechea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Guntademaro Goyenechea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. 96 minutes into the match, Renato Goycolea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renato Goycolea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. General Velásquez fully deserved thier win.
