The Stakbröte fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Stakbröte's Văn 吕布 looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 60 minutes, Văn 吕布 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stakbröte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Văn 吕布 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute Văn 吕布 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ilmar Esken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Văn 吕布 notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Auckland Koalas's Ilmar Esken. Ilmar Esken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tage Eklund took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ilmar Esken. Ilmar Esken dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Tage Eklund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ilmar Esken tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Kaimo Vanakool hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 89 minutes into the match, Auckland Koalas's goal looked a bit too open when Tage Eklund came free, but Ilmar Esken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sverker Hydén in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ilmar Esken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kevin Talvik hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Ilmar Esken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tage Eklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Ilmar Esken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Eklund in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Stakbröte were the better team. Stakbröte's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
