Auckland Koalas's Ilmar Esken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Văn 吕布 in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, Văn 吕布 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ilmar Esken. Auckland Koalas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Văn 吕布 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Stakbröte's Bai Jian Ao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Stakbröte from getting a goal against them. After 12 minutes Stakbröte's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ergo Kabral who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Auckland Koalas's Ergo Kabral to fire away a dangerous shot which Bai Jian Ao despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Beckham Jr in the 14th minute of play forced Auckland Koalas's goalkeeper Ilmar Esken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Văn 吕布 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilmar Esken having to make a save. Ilmar Esken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Văn 吕布 in the 17th minute of play. Ilmar Esken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Văn 吕布 in the 19th minute of the match. If Văn 吕布 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ilmar Esken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Văn 吕布 in the 23rd minute of play. After having played for 27 minutes, Văn 吕布 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stakbröte's supporters crossed their fingers, but Văn 吕布 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Văn 吕布 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 30 minutes into the match, Auckland Koalas's goal looked a bit too open when Văn 吕布 came free, but Ilmar Esken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Auckland Koalas's Ilmar Esken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Văn 吕布 in the 39th minute of play. After 40 minutes Auckland Koalas's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Villarreal Laranga who took care of the corner kick. Văn 吕布 might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ilmar Esken. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Văn 吕布 ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Văn 吕布 in the 42nd minute of play forced Auckland Koalas's goalkeeper Ilmar Esken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Stakbröte's Văn 吕布 in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Auckland Koalas's goalie prevented a goal. In the 47th minute, Văn 吕布 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ilmar Esken was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Tage Eklund made the kick off in the second half. Auckland Koalas's Ilmar Esken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Văn 吕布 in the 55th minute of play. Văn 吕布 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilmar Esken having to make a save. In the 59thth minute of the game Tage Eklund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Auckland Koalas's Ilmar Esken was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Văn 吕布 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ilmar Esken having to make a save. Auckland Koalas's Ilmar Esken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Auckland Koalas from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the match, Stakbröte's goal looked a bit too open when Heldur Karuauk came free, but Bai Jian Ao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Stakbröte's Văn 吕布 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ilmar Esken. That made the score 0-4 after 66 minutes of play. Văn 吕布 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Ilmar Esken made a huge save. Ilmar Esken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tage Eklund in the 73rd minute of the match. When Stakbröte's Tage Eklund in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Auckland Koalas's goalie prevented a goal. Stakbröte's Mathias Kielberg was substituted for Dündar Dunđer. Ilmar Esken made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sverker Hydén in the 82nd minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Sverker Hydén made a precise shot to the right of Ilmar Esken. Auckland Koalas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Bai Jian Ao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heldur Karuauk in the 86th minute of the match. If Tage Eklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 90 minutes into the game, Tage Eklund recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ilmar Esken. Tage Eklund showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. The Stakbröte fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Stakbröte's Tage Eklund looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 96th minute of the match, Sverker Hydén tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ilmar Esken saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Sverker Hydén was extremely unlucky when he, in the 97th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the match was over Stakbröte could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Auckland Koalas throughout the match.
