Olle Giöck's late challenge caught a Bälinge's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Olle Giöck helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bälinge booed when Norrlands Athen U23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olle Giöck didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viktor Qvarnström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erland Örnberg in the 13th minute of the match. Viktor Qvarnström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bälinge's Tom Ödmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ragnar Dalgren in the 19th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erland Örnberg to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Norrlands Athen U23 got a freekick which was hit by Olle Giöck. Tom Ödmann came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Norrlands Athen U23's Ragnar Dalgren. But to his dismay, Ragnar Dalgren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Bälinge's Verner Mårtensson got a free kick in the 59th minute. Bälinge's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per-Oskar Sjögren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 95 minutes into the match, Bälinge's goal looked a bit too open when Joacim Pålsson came free, but Tom Ödmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hans Andreasson charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hans Andreasson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Norrlands Athen U23 made a substitution. Sven-Ove Wennerqvist replaced Olle Giöck. The supporters of Norrlands Athen U23 booed when Bälinge was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Andreasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norrlands Athen U23's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
