The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. Denis Serebryanikov made in the 54th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. Peru's attentive Eliseo Mina managed to snatch the ball when Adrià Vassaras made a throw-in in the 55th minute of the game. 56 minutes into the game, Denis Serebryanikov threw the ball into play from the sideline. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Jerome Ngake made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Julian Murillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jerome Ngake. That made the score 2-2 after 77 minutes of play. Dragutin Kasaikin kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. A collision led to FC Draconia getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Dragutin Kasaikin hit a great ball. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregoire Decorte in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Peru booed when FC Draconia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Bernaerts didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 88 minutes, Denis Serebryanikov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Draconia and the Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 89th minute, Denis Serebryanikov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jerome Ngake stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafael Gallo's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. With a little luck, FC Draconia's Jerome Ngake got control of the ball when Milagros Fraga tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute of the match Peru got a corner. FC Draconia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eliseo Mina ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well done corner resulted in Milagros Fraga drilling the ball in to score 2-4 behind FC Draconia's goalkeeper. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
