Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 2 minutes, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Montenegro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Cadu Team's goalie and right to Juan Sebastián Puig. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Cadu Team's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Alcântara in the 11th minute of the match. Gelu Lepuș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustín Saelices, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of play forced Cadu Team's goalkeeper Gelu Lepuș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gelu Lepuș was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luis Andino in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gelu Lepuș prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luis Andino in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gelu Lepuș saved Cadu Team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Válbson Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Válbson Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Válbson Paiva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Válbson Paiva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. 41 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Válbson Paiva came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hugo Alcântara was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Andino. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Cadu Team's Hugo Alcântara. But to his dismay, Hugo Alcântara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to Cadu Team getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ciro Sanches hit a great ball. In the 60th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Lepuș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cadu Team's Gelu Lepuș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 61st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Válbson Paiva in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Hugo Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cadu Team's Teodoro Lago was substituted for Renato Barral. Gelu Lepuș made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 75 minutes, Hugo Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cadu Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hugo Alcântara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Cadu Team's Válbson Paiva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Luis Andino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gelu Lepuș. The goal made the score 1-2. After 88 minutes, Mattias Downing mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cadu Team and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Gelu Lepuș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
