Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Moises Fernandino got the match started through his kick off. Ricardo Zorita was a little too slow when Emiliano Lesardo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 1-0. A collision led to Estudiantes de Merida FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Lando Morais hit a great ball. After 11 played minutes Estudiantes de Merida FC got a freekick which was hit by Maicon Brodel. 12 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de Merida FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mateo Leguizamo came free, but Bambang Sagala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Joshua Curbelo hit a great ball. A hard shot by Moncho Arzube from long distance, 16 minutes into the match, got Ricardo Zorita's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 26th play minute Emiliano Lesardo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ricardo Zorita. 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Garci Vaz got free with Ricardo Zorita in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Estudiantes de Merida FC's Emiliano Lesardo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ricardo Zorita. That made the score 4-0 after 32 minutes of play. Emiliano Lesardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Joshua Curbelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emiliano Lesardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maicon Brodel kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emiliano Lesardo made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Lesardo came free, but Ricardo Zorita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Lesardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Zorita having to interfere. Emiliano Lesardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ricardo Zorita. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emiliano Lesardo ran back to his position shaking his head. Marco Tamayo hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rdth minute of the game Emiliano Lesardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Estudiantes de Merida FC's Lando Morais got a free kick in the 79th minute. Bambang Sagala was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Mateo Leguizamo. Joshua Curbelo hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Lesardo in the 85th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Marcelino Quinten had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ricardo Zorita. El Salvador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcelino Quinten was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Estudiantes de Merida FC's Blagoy Gardakov was substituted for Honorio Lario. Ove Lekberg scored 7-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Zorita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Estudiantes de Merida FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
