Julio Chicote recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪'s goalkeeper Tibet Semi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bolivia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Polat Onural 30 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Polat Onural in the 35th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Turabi Cevizci could shoot a difficult shot in the 38th minute, which Camilo Freixa however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪ booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Gallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tibet Semi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eduardo Fontirroig in the 46th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Turabi Cevizci to make the kick off. Polat Onural received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Mario Fernandino came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Bolivia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mario Fernandino couldn't finish the play. Eduardo Fontirroig kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. A collision led to ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪ getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Mert Özel hit a great ball. When Alfonso de la Cruz fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bolivia's protests and gave Alfonso de la Cruz a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Bolivia got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso de la Cruz. After having played for 64 minutes, Polat Onural managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Polat Onural was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 69th minute Polat Onural shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 3-0 became the score in the 79th minute when Polat Onural elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Mario Fernandino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Tibet Semi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Polat Onural fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Freixa having to interfere. In the 89th match minute, ☪ Ay-Yıldız ☪ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mert Özel to maneuver through the defense. Camilo Freixa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Polat Onural in the 95th minute of the match. Bolivia's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
