Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. In the 4th match minute, Drömelvan BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Pettersson to maneuver through the defense. Hakkı Devrim Uçbay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. 12 minutes into the game, Hugo Ferrant was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Drömelvan BK the free kick. In the 12th minute, Hugo Ferrant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Hakkı Devrim Uçbay got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. Aaron Alcocer kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. If Damazy Tamulewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, Ernst Pettersson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 2-0. Damazy Tamulewicz struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Drömelvan BK. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Hakkı Devrim Uçbay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Hakkı Devrim Uçbay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hakkı Devrim Uçbay's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hakkı Devrim Uçbay in the 32nd minute of the match. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernst Pettersson's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damazy Tamulewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Drömelvan BK's Ernst Pettersson in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. In the 40th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the game, Drömelvan BK's Hakkı Devrim Uçbay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 47 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hakkı Devrim Uçbay to strike the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hakkı Devrim Uçbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Hakkı Devrim Uçbay notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Drömelvan BK's Hakkı Devrim Uçbay. But to his dismay, Hakkı Devrim Uçbay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 63rd minute Ernst Pettersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hakkı Devrim Uçbay's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Hakkı Devrim Uçbay had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hakkı Devrim Uçbay was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 69th minute Ernst Pettersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hakkı Devrim Uçbay in the 70th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72 minutes, Ernst Pettersson made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Damazy Tamulewicz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. In the 76th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hakkı Devrim Uçbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Abel Carballo hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the game, Hakkı Devrim Uçbay cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hakkı Devrim Uçbay's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakkı Devrim Uçbay in the 97th minute of play. Drömelvan BK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
