The tension between the Uruguay and the F.C.Bacha players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 9th minute of the game. One of Uruguay:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of F.C.Bacha:s goal. Uruguay:s Joaquin Gayoso showed great skill when he stopped Santos Guillelme:s penalty. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Guillelme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camilo Franco kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Bruno Alvarenga hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Vicente Abrantes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Cazalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vicente Abrantes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximiliano Escribano went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Luiz Eduardo Vaz's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal and Santos Guillelme tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Santos Guillelme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Carvallo hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Vicente Abrantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, F.C.Bacha's Palmiro Colaço got a free kick in the 58th minute. F.C.Bacha's Vicente Abrantes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save F.C.Bacha from getting a goal against them. The throw-in from Luiz Eduardo Vaz in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Vicente Abrantes in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. F.C.Bacha's Luiz Eduardo Vaz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Arturo Carvallo, made in the 68th minute of the game. After 71 played minutes F.C.Bacha got a freekick which was hit by Adam Lazu. F.C.Bacha's Gaitano Porras was substituted for Luiz Eduardo Vaz. In the 71st match minute, F.C.Bacha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Lazu to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, F.C.Bacha's goalkeeper Vicente Abrantes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. Francisco Secos short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Vicente Abrantes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 94 minutes, Santos Guillelme made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The F.C.Bacha support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
