Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Villawalter City's Elian Benedicto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Elian Benedicto came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Villawalter City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elian Benedicto couldn't finish the play. Antonio Canal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 12th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elian Benedicto who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Antonio Canal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Canal having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elian Benedicto in the 26th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute of the match, Elian Benedicto tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Julio Vera saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Villawalter City booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th minute, Mino Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Antonio Canal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Antonio Canal made a huge save. In the 52nd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Antonio Canal made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Coronel Revuelta in the 56th minute of play. Cristian Sancho scored 0-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Antonio Canal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 62ndth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villawalter City's Antonio Canal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Villawalter City's Antonio Canal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Villawalter City from getting a goal against them. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mino Puig took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 82nd minute, Villawalter City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Antonio Canal was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 1-3. 87 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Antonio Canal. Cristian Sancho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-4. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gomesano Cayuela kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When Eliseo Berasko fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villawalter City's protests and gave Eliseo Berasko a yellow card for diving instead. Eliseo Berasko hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
