Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Colombain Parham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Colombain Parham, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Colombain Parham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Yao Chen Fei sent off a good shot on target. 22 minutes in the game, Daniel Zorita dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Colombain Parham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Tibor Bolwig hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Colombain Parham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Krzysztof Sanocki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Julio Vera when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gencal Sayıl to strike the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gencal Sayıl in the 58th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx's goalkeeper Colombain Parham had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. In the 63rd minute Gencal Sayıl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Colombain Parham. The Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Colombain Parham should have stopped the shot. Gencal Sayıl succeeded in the game's 69th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencal Sayıl in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Krzysztof Sanocki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Colombain Parham made a huge save. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Krzysztof Sanocki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cx AY YILDIZ T.I.M. Cx's goalkeeper Colombain Parham, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Colombain Parham having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Agustín Saelices managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Agustín Saelices was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Colombain Parham breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ecuador were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
