Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Federico Girotti started the match with the kick off. Federico Girotti took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marco Day. Marco Day dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 8 minutes, Cassius Byrne made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Unterrudling's Karl Jemella tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 13 minutes into the match, Federico Girotti notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of USA's Marco Day. Marco Day was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marco Day stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Girotti's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Unterrudling's goalkeeper Karl Jemella, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 21st minute. The corner ended in Jacob May almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Unterrudling's Karl Jemella did a great save. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Carolo Cambranes tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Lütfullah Taycan came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the FC Unterrudling fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lütfullah Taycan couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Unterrudling's goalkeeper Karl Jemella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fernando Redondo came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the FC Unterrudling fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernando Redondo couldn't finish the play. In the 36th match minute, FC Unterrudling was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lütfullah Taycan to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carolo Cambranes. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Redondo in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of FC Unterrudling booed when USA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cassius Byrne didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes FC Unterrudling got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Hauke Klare. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cassius Byrne made a kick off. In the 50th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl Jemella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hong Li Chuan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Karl Jemella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Monty Rogers fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Jemella having to interfere. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Marco Day came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Unterrudling's Carolo Cambranes. But to his dismay, Carolo Cambranes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. FC Unterrudling's Xande Xande was substituted for Federico Girotti. In the 81st minute of the match USA got a corner. FC Unterrudling's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jenson Smith ran over to the corner to take the kick. Aquiles Francis might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aquiles Francis ran back to his position shaking his head. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Francis in the 87th minute of play. Carolo Cambranes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Carolo Cambranes managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Unterrudling's supporters rose to their feet, but Carolo Cambranes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marco Day breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The FC Unterrudling supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching USA's performance. The match ended with a win for USA.
