Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claudio-Paul Caniggia took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute Luca Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Józef Mlynarczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Arnulfo Marko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Arnulfo Marko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Östen Stor tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio-Paul Caniggia in the 14th minute of the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when Deportivo Pucho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Tolino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pucho's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Józef Mlynarczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 22nd minute of play forced Deportivo Pucho's goalkeeper Józef Mlynarczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Józef Mlynarczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Östen Stor got free with Dante Lacasa in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio-Paul Caniggia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Józef Mlynarczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Józef Mlynarczyk was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the match, Mexico's Joel Gaona sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Józef Mlynarczyk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 47 minutes into the game, Mexico's Luca Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Józef Mlynarczyk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Deportivo Pucho made a substitution. Ahmet Nasir Nesefi replaced Claudio-Paul Caniggia. After the first half Mexico were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Józef Mlynarczyk was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luca Zorita showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 58 minute of play. Józef Mlynarczyk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute, Julio Tolino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 71 minutes into the match, Deportivo Pucho's goalkeeper Józef Mlynarczyk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. 72 minutes had been played when some careless play by Deportivo Pucho's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Deportivo Pucho's Józef Mlynarczyk did a great save. 74 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Deportivo Pucho's Józef Mlynarczyk. Józef Mlynarczyk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Józef Mlynarczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 80th minute of the match. Józef Mlynarczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Nasir Nesefi in the 82nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Arnulfo Marko managed to get in a good position for a shot. Deportivo Pucho's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnulfo Marko was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Deportivo Pucho's Prospero Tiadoro was substituted for Arnulfo Marko.
