Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christian Kerville didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximiliano Escribano went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A hard shot 65 in the game by Francisco Seco from a close distance when the talented Christian Kerville managed to make a qualified save. Elderslie Magpies's players were relieved. After 69 played minutes Elderslie Magpies got a freekick which was hit by Rick Souness. Elderslie Magpies made a substitution. Baldwin 舒 replaced Steven Chaptal. Neal Weatherby took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Francisco Seco hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the final whistle sounded Uruguay left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Elderslie Magpies.
