Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) MAN FC's Cederik De Roost started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelino Hug in the 3rd minute. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. When MAN FC's Cederik De Roost in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cederik De Roost, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MAN FC's Godofredo Abella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. MAN FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Tomas Illescas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Godofredo Abella quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The attack was good, but when Salvador Gisbert in the 30th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Godofredo Abella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 32nd minute of play. Tomas Illescas charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Illescas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 39 minutes of play, MAN FC's Cederik De Roost made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valentīns Dimpēteris was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. MAN FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in MAN FC's zone, Tomas Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Godofredo Abella came out of the goal and Tomas Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 47th minute, Tomas Illescas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Godofredo Abella was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. The audience was convinced that Cederik De Roost's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Camilo Gaos hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cederik De Roost in the 65th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Hug, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 81st match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. MAN FC made a substitution. Sturle Bjerkan replaced Saverio Hurko. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute of the match Marcelino Hug shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The MAN FC fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when MAN FC's Cederik De Roost looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 87th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cederik De Roost in the 88th minute of play. Cederik De Roost scored 3-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
