In the 41st minute Lázaro Socorro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurand Bryk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Artemio Perutxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Jurand Bryk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Primo in the 52nd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Boedo Athletic.'s Vladimiro Llorenc ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jurand Bryk. Jurand Bryk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Ignacio Primo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurand Bryk having to interfere. Victoriano Lertxun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Iratzeder in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute of the match, Ignacio Primo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jurand Bryk saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Victoriano Lertxun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Satordi's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. When Diego Satordi came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Bairoletto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Diego Satordi couldn't finish the play. Boedo Athletic. made a substitution.
