Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Will Alderson got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Alan Moruga hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Will Alderson got free with Benito Sanz in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Costa Rica's goalie and right to Miguel Almiron. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Costa Rica's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andre Shakespeare in the 6th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Greenbay's Will Alderson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Will Alderson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Benito Sanz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute Greenbay were awarded a corner. Romeo Morrell went to the cornerflag to take it. After 17 played minutes Greenbay got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Almiron. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Will Alderson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 19th minute. The score was now 1-0. Will Alderson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Will Alderson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Will Alderson might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Will Alderson ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 26th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Carballo to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Romeo Morrell sent off a good shot on target. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andre Shakespeare's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After 30 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Will Alderson in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute, Romeo Morrell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Will Alderson in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benito Sanz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 41 minutes into the game, one of Costa Rica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. The long shot by Romeo Morrell in the 43rd minute really tested Benito Sanz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 46 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Abel Carballo. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Tasis made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Axel Tasis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugen Remus was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Will Alderson scored 2-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 59thth minute of the game Andre Shakespeare who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd minute, Will Alderson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Will Alderson sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. 71 minutes into the game, Greenbay's Miguel Almiron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Greenbay's Will Alderson got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andre Shakespeare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Abel Carballo got a free kick in the 79th minute. When Greenbay's Will Alderson in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andre Shakespeare, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After 83rd play minutes Andre Shakespeare shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Benito Sanz and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Andre Shakespeare stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Andre Shakespeare tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Will Alderson in the 92nd minute of the match. Miguel Almiron recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute Andre Shakespeare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There was no doubt that Greenbay were the better team. Greenbay's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
