Vassilis Chatzipetrou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Akis Tzanetakos struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Undertaker. After 15 minutes Paraguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gonzalo Baleren who took care of the corner kick. Gonzalo Baleren made a great header on The Undertaker's corner, it was just that Paraguay's Jacobo Nores managed to reach the ball for a save. If Jaime Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Vassilis Chatzipetrou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jacobo Nores made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lazaros Zoumakis in the 21st minute. Lazaros Zoumakis struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. The Undertaker's Vassilis Chatzipetrou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, The Undertaker's Michalis Athanasopoulos got a free kick in the 28th minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Akis Tzanetakos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Primitivo Escribano hit a great ball. After 46 played minutes The Undertaker got a freekick which was hit by Panagiotis Klapadakis. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Jaime Pardo made the kick off in the second half. If Thymios Kandarakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When The Undertaker's Lazaros Zoumakis in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Nores prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rd minute The Undertaker were awarded a corner. Gonzalo Baleren went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Gonzalo Baleren almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores did a great save. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Hector Covarrubias hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Themos Serifis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Akis Tzanetakos during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Akis Tzanetakos kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Akis Tzanetakos sped through Paraguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. Jaime Pardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vassilis Chatzipetrou having to interfere. Gonzalo Baleren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Undertaker's Akis Tzanetakos got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Lazaros Zoumakis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Akis Tzanetakos in the 88th minute of play. Themos Serifis got his second yellow card in the match during the 93rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to The Undertaker getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Themos Serifis hit a great ball. Paraguay's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because The Undertaker had won, even though Paraguay had held more of the ball.
