Gone With the Win
Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Moises Fernandino took the kick off in the first half of the match. Moises Fernandino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ian Browne read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute Mateo Leguizamo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Browne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stuart Brayson, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 17 minutes in the game Stew Lonsdale did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Stuart Brayson. Ricardo Zorita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stuart Brayson in the 19th minute of the match. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stuart Brayson, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Gone With the Win's zone, Moises Fernandino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ian Browne came out of the goal and Moises Fernandino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute Moises Fernandino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ian Browne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gone With the Win booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Fernandino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rhys Whittingham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stuart Brayson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentino Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. Abram Luque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Ian Browne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 60 minutes, Moises Fernandino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Salvador and the Gone With the Win players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Gone With the Win booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Fernandino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valentino Ferrant hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by El Salvador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rhys Whittingham was slow to take the kick. During this time Gone With the Win's players had a chance to rest. In the 68th minute, Jake Bolton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute, Mateo Leguizamo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardo Zorita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmy Mulford in the 79th minute of play. After 80 minutes El Salvador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rhys Whittingham who took care of the corner kick. In the 87th minute Jimmy Mulford shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Abram Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. Stuart Brayson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th minute Stuart Brayson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Many of El Salvador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. El Salvador may have spent more time on the ball, but Gone With the Win were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
