Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge Figueiredo in the 8th minute of play. After 9 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Seco. Joaquin Gayoso didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Los Tatangelos's Jorge Figueiredo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Uruguay from getting a goal against them. If Gürbüz Hendekli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göktürk Bozlak in the 35th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorge Figueiredo in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. After 40 minutes of play, Los Tatangelos's Gürbüz Hendekli made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquin Gayoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorge Figueiredo's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. In the 44th minute, Alberto Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Seco got free with Vacib Bartu in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hadi Vefakar kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Jorge Figueiredo sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Manuel Donzel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gürbüz Hendekli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Figueiredo took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 82ndth minute of the game Jorge Figueiredo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Tatangelos's Gürbüz Hendekli. But to his dismay, Gürbüz Hendekli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jorge Figueiredo in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joaquin Gayoso saved Uruguay from getting behind. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 played minutes Los Tatangelos got a freekick which was hit by Göktürk Bozlak. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jorge Figueiredo's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute.
