Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Edmundo Espiga took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bierunese's Daniël Kromme was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniël Kromme was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Ivan Navarro hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Ron Westerink came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luca Espinar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ron Westerink could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Lautaro Navarro made a huge save. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Daniël Kromme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30thth minute of the game Ron Westerink who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ron Westerink's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Lautaro Navarro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 34th minute of the game Job Zijden made a throw-in which Gerard Krijnenburg played forward. 35 minutes into the game, Huib Alberts was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bierunese's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Honduras the free kick. Huib Alberts kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ron Westerink in the 38th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Huib Alberts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bierunese fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ron Westerink made the kick off in the second half. If Nico van der Gun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniël Kromme was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Luca Espinar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Luca Espinar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniël Kromme saved Bierunese from getting behind. Patrick Timmermans kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Patrick Timmermans got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 67 played minutes Bierunese got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Timmermans. Daniël Kromme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Villa in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bierunese's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Edmundo Espiga was slow to take the kick. During this time Honduras's players had a chance to rest. Edmundo Espiga made a great header on Honduras's corner, it was just that Bierunese's Daniël Kromme managed to reach the ball for a save. During the 70th minute of the match Huib Alberts completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Huib Alberts a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Honduras booed when Bierunese was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Huib Alberts didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Villa struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Daniël Kromme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Honduras. Moises Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniël Kromme having to interfere. Daniël Kromme made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Edmundo Espiga sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st play minute Edmundo Espiga came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Daniël Kromme. 1-2. When Edmundo Espiga got free in front of the goal in the 87th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Daniël Kromme was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Honduras's Moises Tafalla dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Daniël Kromme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Honduras left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bierunese.
