Kajetan Dec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Ömer Halisdemir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kajetan Dec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kajetan Dec having to interfere. After 12 played minutes Ömer Halisdemir rounded Ecuador's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kajetan Dec having to make a save. Ömer Halisdemirs short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute of play forced Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Kajetan Dec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Kajetan Dec despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Ömer Halisdemir got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kajetan Dec breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the match, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Kajetan Dec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, one of Ecuador:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Sixten Gernberg shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kajetan Dec was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. 39 minutes into the match, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Ömer Halisdemir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Orestas Ancikas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ömer Halisdemir to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Lucjan Bochinski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to Zawisza Bydgoszcz getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Lucjan Bochinski hit a great ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ömer Halisdemir in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ömer Halisdemir in the 53rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55thth minute of the game Ömer Halisdemir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ömer Halisdemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 62 played minutes Zawisza Bydgoszcz got a freekick which was hit by Kazimierz Gaszynski. In the 66th minute, Ömer Halisdemir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zawisza Bydgoszcz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kajetan Dec could save by the left post. In the 71st match minute, Zawisza Bydgoszcz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixten Gernberg to maneuver through the defense. Ömer Halisdemir struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zawisza Bydgoszcz. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Ömer Halisdemir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's supporters rose to their feet, but Ömer Halisdemir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute, Ömer Halisdemir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kajetan Dec made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 84th minute. Ömer Halisdemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zawisza Bydgoszcz made a substitution. Răzvan Brădean replaced Ömer Halisdemir. Kajetan Dec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 88th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Răzvan Brădean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kajetan Dec. Kajetan Dec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1.
