The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 minutes, Pedro Luís Peixoto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Büyükada Commandos and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 9 played minutes Büyükada Commandos got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Luís Peixoto. Joel Gaona succeeded in the game's 13th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Halis Ergün in the 19th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes in the game Sándor Rózsa did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to 董晨崇. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 22nd minute of play forced Büyükada Commandos's goalkeeper Alperen Bozkurt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet İlhan Sedat in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet İlhan Sedat came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute, Mexico's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pedro Luís Peixoto fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mexico's Joel Gaona was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alperen Bozkurt in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 44th minute, Mehmet Halis Ergün hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Mexico were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Halis Ergün in the 52nd minute of play. Büyükada Commandos were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Mexico's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hakan Calhanoglu took the corner. Büyükada Commandos's Hakan Calhanoglu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 59 minutes into the match, Alberto Tafalla dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alperen Bozkurt, 1-4. Büyükada Commandos's Tony Montana was substituted for Mehmet Halis Ergün. Büyükada Commandos made a substitution. Junior Messi replaced Ahmet İlhan Sedat. 64 minutes into the match, Büyükada Commandos's goalkeeper Alperen Bozkurt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Alperen Bozkurt in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Junior Messi came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alperen Bozkurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Alperen Bozkurt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alperen Bozkurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 90th minute of the match.
