The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When JKs Talanger's Kjell Åkesson in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. FFC Merainies 03's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Supreme Run ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lukas Almstedt made a great header on JKs Talanger's corner, it was just that FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu managed to reach the ball for a save. Walter Wallander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Octavian Basten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. JKs Talanger's Walter Wallander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save JKs Talanger from getting a goal against them. Walter Wallander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Craandijk in the 27th minute of the match. With a little luck, JKs Talanger's Walter Wallander got control of the ball when Ksawery Gongola tried to sneak it across the goal line. JKs Talanger were furious when Ivar Askelöf was red carded, 46 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavian Basten in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ksawery Gongola in the 53rd minute of play forced JKs Talanger's goalkeeper Walter Wallander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lukas Almstedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 60 minutes into the match, JKs Talanger's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Gongola came free, but Walter Wallander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Walter Wallander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ksawery Gongola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. JKs Talanger made a substitution. Gunther Zapf replaced Kjell Åkesson. Walter Wallander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Craandijk in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute of the match, Octavian Basten tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 77thth minute of the game Octavian Basten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 78th minute Oskar Törnblom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Wallander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Wallander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oskar Törnblom in the 78th minute of play. Walter Wallander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Törnblom in the 79th minute of the match. After 81 minutes JKs Talanger's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Patrick Josselin who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Esteban Sugoi got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Walter Wallander quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When Octavian Basten came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the JKs Talanger fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octavian Basten couldn't finish the play. Walter Wallander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Craandijk, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Octavian Basten managed to get in a good position for a shot. JKs Talanger's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavian Basten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The JKs Talanger players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented FFC Merainies 03 from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
