Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. In the 7th minute, Honduras's Milagros Cabal seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Milagros Cabal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Honduras protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Milagros Cabal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 6 minutes into the game, one of Honduras:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute Humberto Leocadio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Higinio Botello hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, LA DEL MONO's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Fabio Betadur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabio Betadur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Tafalla in the 25th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro had great luck who in the 27thth minute grab hold of the ball when Humberto Leocadio from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Nicolas Cheche sent off a good shot on target. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Betadur having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Humberto Leocadio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 2-0 in the 37 minute of play. In the 44th minute of the game Elpidio Guillelmo made a throw-in which Nicolas Cheche played forward. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Humberto Leocadio made a kick off. After 56 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Villa. In the 66thth minute of the game Higinio Botello who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edmundo Espiga made a great header on Honduras's corner, it was just that LA DEL MONO's Fabio Betadur managed to reach the ball for a save. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Fabio Betadur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 96 played minutes LA DEL MONO got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Botello. Honduras's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because LA DEL MONO had won, even though Honduras had held more of the ball.
