Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Jaime Pardo made the kick off and thus started the match. Sconvols United's Carmine Gagliano quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ivan Prats, made in the 3rd minute of the game. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Edmondo Gervasi sped through Paraguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. Jaime Pardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ennio Costanzo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Paraguay's attentive Primitivo Escribano managed to snatch the ball when Cristoforo Daniele made a throw-in in the 19th minute of the game. In the 20th minute Edmondo Gervasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Sconvols United getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Shingo Aoi hit a great ball. After 24 played minutes, Paraguay's Primitivo Escribano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ennio Costanzo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Paraguay reached it. Sconvols United's Ennio Costanzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jaime Pardo in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Sconvols United's Edmondo Gervasi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of Paraguay booed when Sconvols United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shingo Aoi didn't get a good kick on the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Sconvols United's Edmondo Gervasi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacobo Nores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 51 minutes into the match, Edmondo Gervasi notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 56 minutes into the game, Primitivo Escribano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paraguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sconvols United the free kick. The supporters of Sconvols United booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmondo Gervasi in the 60th minute of play. After 63 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Escribano. Jaime Pardo might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ennio Costanzo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jaime Pardo ran back to his position shaking his head. If Primitivo Escribano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Willian Siqueira charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Edmondo Gervasi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
