Gunnar Bennet was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 21 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gunnar Bennet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Chile's Felix Garrido managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Doğan Kanber in the 23 minute of the game. Gunnar Bennet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tarkan Demirci stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The corner led Chile's Mariano Lacasa to fire away a dangerous shot which Gunnar Bennet despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 59th play minute Mariano Lacasa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gunnar Bennet. 1-4. Gunnar Bennet made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. In the 85th minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 96thth minute of the game Mariano Lacasa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KuZeYYıLDıZı Cheat Hunter's Gunnar Bennet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Chile's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
