In the 30th match minute, Goral Zywiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca De La Torre to maneuver through the defense. Michael Krawczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 32nd minute of the match. After having played for 33 minutes, Tobias Abechuco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Goral Zywiec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Abechuco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Michael Krawczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rohan Watson in the 38th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Goral Zywiec's goal looked a bit too open when Rohan Watson came free, but Michael Krawczyk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Carter George hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Canada's goalkeeper Jax Williamson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victorino Frederik. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. Michael Krawczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Edwards, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 69th minute Filip Edwards shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Krawczyk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roman Makomaski in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jax Williamson saved Canada from getting behind. If Maciej Dulka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michael Krawczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Edwards in the 96th minute of play. Canada's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
