Mariano Chesus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

TRIDΣNT's Esteban Salomon was substituted for Chucky Gol. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, TRIDΣNT's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lautaro Mancebo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Mariano Chesus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. TRIDΣNT made a substitution. Battal Cüneyt Akkan replaced Vaklin Dzhevov. TRIDΣNT's Mariano Chesus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mariano Chesus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. TRIDΣNT's Romulo Veto was substituted for Americo Uzuri. In the 92nd play minute Alberto Tafalla came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Mariano Chesus. 0-6. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
