Martin Zafiu made a great header on H4K.BR's corner, it was just that Panama's Marcos Cotilla managed to reach the ball for a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Ali Yücesan in the 12th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Ali Yücesan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Ali Yücesan in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcos Cotilla saved Panama from getting behind. Nivaldo Costa hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. 35 minutes into the game, Panama's Tomas Berganza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Antonio Buccella made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Marcos Cotilla was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Xiao Zhen Yun showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 41 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xiao Zhen Yun made a kick off. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Ali Yücesan went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Ahmet Ali Yücesan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcos Cotilla having to make a save. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Ahmet Ali Yücesan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. Ahmet Ali Yücesan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 67th minute Ahmet Ali Yücesan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Aaron Barrios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. H4K.BR's Reynaldo Travassos was substituted for Ahmet Ali Yücesan. H4K.BR's Tarcisio Severo was substituted for Ovidiu Goanță. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xiao Zhen Yun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Xiao Zhen Yun came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Reynaldo Travassos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. In the 94th minute, Miguel Miralles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
