Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TAXI-MM-. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Ipar in the 13th minute of play. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. When Yuan Di Xing came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the TAXI-MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yuan Di Xing couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Yuan Di Xing put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. In the 20th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Bernardino Ipar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 in the 21 minute of play. TAXI-MM-'s Martin Alexa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 29th minute of play. Jacek Krzynowek's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jonathan Ferrant firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 36th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute Yuan Di Xing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Jacek Krzynowek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 minutes, Guillermo Mariano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the TAXI-MM- players grew even worse after the yellow card. 62 minutes in the game, Patricio Costa fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Martin Alexa having to interfere. Martin Alexa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 62nd minute of play. Tomas Illescas made a great header on Venezuela's corner, it was just that TAXI-MM-'s Martin Alexa managed to reach the ball for a save. Stig-Åke Mager charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Stig-Åke Mager the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when TAXI-MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Åke Mager didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Patricio Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Martin Alexa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 89th minute. After 97 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. TAXI-MM- walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
