Don Cabezon ran back to his position shaking his head. Peru's Rolando Noboa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Peru from getting a goal against them. 12 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Dacian Nițescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dacian Nițescu saved AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC from getting behind. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC were awarded a corner in the 24th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ardy Pakubuwono took the corner. Dacian Nițescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 25th minute of the match. Dacian Nițescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Don Cabezon lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Rolando Noboa. Samuel Mambru replaced Ardy Pakubuwono. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Jajat Mustari was substituted for Freddy Sazon. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Dewa Warauw was substituted for Don Cabezon. Peru played a much better game than AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC and deserved their victory. The AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
