Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute Damaso Orlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Arsenal FC's Teodosio Figueroa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Julio Vera. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. David Brochu kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 16th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songur Yoran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Songur Yoran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute of play forced Arsenal FC's goalkeeper Songur Yoran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Songur Yoran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 33rd minute of play. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Brochu in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Arsenal FC's Frands Thygelund got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 47th minute, David Brochu made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damaso Orlin to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Damaso Orlin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. 59 minutes in the game, Cristian Sancho fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Songur Yoran having to interfere. Luis Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Damaso Orlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Songur Yoran didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Songur Yoran having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Damaso Orlin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Songur Yoran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 77th minute of play. When David Brochu came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Arsenal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Brochu couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Songur Yoran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 85 played minutes Arsenal FC got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Çağrı Eraslan. After 88th play minutes Damaso Orlin shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Julio Vera and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 94th match minute, Arsenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthias Löfgren to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damaso Orlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The Arsenal FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
