A hard shot by 倪冰风 from long distance, 18 minutes into the match, got Jonathan Ferrant's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 孟竞瑜 in the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that 江风川 narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 郑奕瑜 kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 90 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match.
