After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Hector Covarrubias got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Celso Cruz sped through Paraguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. Celso Cruz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Jacobo Nores skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celso Cruz got free with Jacobo Nores in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Paraguay from getting a goal against them. Xavier Zoido charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xavier Zoido the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Xavier Zoido kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Celso Cruz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Nores having to make a save. Celso Cruz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jacobo Nores firmly grabbed it by the left post. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Arnas in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Paraguay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filomeno Kauldi was slow to take the kick. During this time Urko FC's players had a chance to rest. Urko FC's Filomeno Kauldi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jacobo Nores in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 24 played minutes, Urko FC's Andrew Robertson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jacobo Nores came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Urko FC reached it. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Cruz in the 25th minute of the match. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Paraguay's goalie and right to Andrew Robertson. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Paraguay's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The supporters of Urko FC booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celso Cruz. In the 42nd minute, Celso Cruz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Urko FC's Antonio Arnas got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jaime Pardo to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the game, Urko FC's Celso Cruz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Filomeno Kauldi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Primitivo Escribano took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Sebastián Torrico. Urko FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Arnas came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celso Cruz struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Urko FC. Urko FC made a substitution. Denis Alonso replaced Celso Cruz. 69 minutes into the game, Urko FC's Arrosko Lechem nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. The Urko FC fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Urko FC's Denis Alonso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 78 minutes, Denis Alonso made it 9-0 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 81 minutes, Denis Alonso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urko FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denis Alonso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Denis Alonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arrosko Lechem, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 86th minute, Denis Alonso made a precise shot to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0.
