Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calixto Landoff in the 7th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Osasun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Calixto Landoff, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The audience was convinced that Carolo Eufemio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Augusto Sagrario was slow to take the kick. During this time Angua FC's players had a chance to rest. Ladislao Osasun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Ladislao Osasun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. After 33 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. Ladislao Osasun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Calixto Landoff's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. Carolo Eufemio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Calixto Landoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th match minute, Angua FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Sagrario to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Calixto Landoff to make the kick off. A collision led to Angua FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Francisco Bidari hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ladislao Osasun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislao Osasun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Angua FC's goalkeeper Ladislao Osasun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustín Saelices. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Sagrario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 79 minutes of play, Angua FC's Carolo Eufemio made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ladislao Osasun made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Calixto Landoff fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Eufemio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Angua FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Eufemio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Angua FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
