Patricio Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Patricio Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 杨德弘 in the 9th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in 【№1】〓战神〓创世纪's zone, Patricio Costa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. 朱风迪 came out of the goal and Patricio Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 14 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. 20 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of 【№1】〓战神〓创世纪's 朱风迪. 朱风迪 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Patricio Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to 【№1】〓战神〓创世纪 getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. 彭旭明 hit a great ball. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but 朱风迪 in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 35th minute, Lionel 柯景义 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Venezuela booed when 【№1】〓战神〓创世纪 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. 李岚军 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 minutes of play Venezuela's Patricio Costa was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 柳响城 to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 杨德弘, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 杨德弘 in the 57th minute of play. Camilo Gaos kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. When 彭旭明 fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 【№1】〓战神〓创世纪's protests and gave 彭旭明 a yellow card for diving instead. After 63 played minutes 【№1】〓战神〓创世纪 got a freekick which was hit by 彭旭明. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 朱风迪 saved 【№1】〓战神〓创世纪 from getting behind. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. 杨德弘 struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 【№1】〓战神〓创世纪. 73 minutes into the match, 【№1】〓战神〓创世纪's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but 朱风迪 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, 杨德弘 ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 80th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that 柳响城's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 杨德弘 in the 83rd minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of 朱风迪. Tomas Illescas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. 89 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when 柳响城 came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Venezuela eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
